I love anything sweet and I recently went to a party with a pavlova – a meringue dessert cake with toppings of fruits. I just had to make my own cause I can’t find it anywhere else. It turns out that making it is simple and to make it easier to eat, I made smaller, cookie versions for bite-sized pavlovas. They ended up so fluffy and marshmallowy. It’s like holding a piece of cloud.
